Eyewear Shopping iOS App Redesign

Problem 

Users struggle to understand the app's value and functionality, resulting in a low glass purchase rate.​​ Users are unfamiliar with using AR technology to purchase glasses on a mobile app, leading to a lack of confidence.

The product

Topology Eyewear creates glasses using a 3D facial scan in its iOS app.​

​

Customers can virtually try on glasses, adjust the fit, customize colors, add inscriptions, and purchase all within the app.

The business problem 

The checkout rate from face scan to checkout is only 5.2%.

User research was conducted to identify the WHY and find the best solution.
